Our mission is to provide outstanding, cost-effective, safe and reliable engineering services to our clients across the Central West, Hunter and beyond, through our dynamic and experienced team.

With an extensive track record delivering exceptional outcomes for the local mining/industrial sector, we are also experts in our field across the agricultural, commercial, hospitality and residential landscapes.

At the forefront of what we do is the uncompromising quality of our products and services, while also enabling practical, cost-effective solutions for our clients.

Our History

CR Engineering was established in 2011 by Henry Cavalier and Jim Reynolds.

Henry and Jim combined forces on a local mine expansion project in 2009, officially starting the business two years later. Their vision was to create a reputable company of highly skilled electricians and engineers that could deliver quality workmanship in the mid-western region.

Fast forward to now, and the focus remains the same, but the team has grown significantly – now with over 25 employees with a diverse and specialised skillset, including electricians, control system engineers, electrical engineers, and communications and systems engineers.
